    The stock speakers in the non Bose system are terrible. The best bang for the buck is swapping those out. I added Infinity Reference to the doors and Kenwood Excelon to the dash, nothing fancy the whole set was under $300 on Crutchfield. I’ve also added the kicker sub and amp, it does make everything sound a bit better and add quite a bit at the low end. I don’t know if I’d buy the kicker kit if I installed the speakers before ordering. Start with speakers, then look at the kicker kit if you want to limit modifications to the truck.     Behind a rubber plug on the back side of the amp. You need to remove the four screws holding the amp to the enclosure, then remove the plug. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    You definitely can add them without the RPO. All the factory installs are the switches in the knee bolster, the rest of the components are customer installed. Without the code you’ll need to track down the individual part numbers. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    It looks to be about 54”, the ball is centered over the axle on the LWB. I tow a Reflection with a Goosebox in my long box. I cannot imagine the trailer you’d need to have to run into issues with gooseball on a long box, there are plenty of guys running Gooseboxs on standard beds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yes I’d lose the 4 pin on the truck, but you can get a cheap adapter to go from 7 to 4 pins. It becomes a question of what you’re going to more likely need a 4-pin or the ability to swap between cameras at the bumper and box. Pasternack shipped my cables yesterday should be here this week.
