Is there more of a permanent way to turn it off? I don’t think I should have to do it every time I get in. plus could this be leading towards a failure? I would like to correct it if it a problem.

This is my first post and already tried the search function but never got a clear answer for what I am experiencing. i have a 2017 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L. While driving on flat surface/roads or minor overpasses I am experiencing the grade brake function engage and losing power and high RPMs. This does not go away until I shut the vehicle off. any ideas? -Danny
