Carbonatorix

Yesterday I installed a part onto my truck and after I hooked the batteries back up I have no radio (black screen), buttons volume and adjacent buttons dont work or light up, parking sensors are off and the hud says audio off. Screen comes on when backup cam activates. Ive tried the battery reset twice and no change. The truck is a 2018 Denali Dmax, any help would be greatly appreciated.
