    I was also noticing when I first started the truck an opaque white smoke from the exhaust like it was burning rich with the 87. It just started that at 75,000 miles but doesn't do it with 89 or 93.

    If I use 87, I seem to have a fuel smell in my oil when changing it. I use 89 with no issues, even when towing my 8000 lb camper.
