  1. Oh Im jealous you got your hands on some already! let us know when they come out as i want them!
  2. Yes i did see those after doing some research... but those are for the GMC - does anyone have any idea when the Silverado version with the rectangle fog lights will be out? or if they will even make it?
  3. I have a question regarding our OEM Fog Lights - what kind of upgrades are people going with?? LED or HID?? and if so what kit did you use?
  4. Does anyone on this forum have halos installed? I saw a picture on here somewhere of a white Silverado with green halos but I can't find it anymore.
  5. does anyone know what size the stock projector shrouds are in mm? i want to install some halo's as well but im not sure what size to get since i will be using the oem shrouds.
  6. so i am about to do my FXR 3.0 install on my 14 silverado and i noticed i have some condensation inside my headlights. i wasnt planning on baking and opening up my headlights but is that the only way to clean that up? also are the majority of people doing the typical D2S ignitor route, or are people using the amp ignitors
  7. This is an awesome setup - pretty much exactly what im looking for - i noticed that you may have already changed out some different bulbs for others - saw on later post... so what have you decided to run for now? how are they working?
  8. wow... just like a previous postyer my head hurts from reading about 30 pages today on this... So i have a 14 silverado with projectors.. yes they are terrible.. i want to install the fxr 3.0 projectors and would like to do the least amount of drilling possible. i reached out to TRS and this is the kit they recommended: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/complete-retrofit-kits/bi-xenon-fx-r-stage-iii-kit.html FX-R 3.0 Bi-xenon projectors (LHD) Morimoto Ballasts Morimoto Bulbs H11 Relay Harness( you will also need the capacitor link here: http://www.theretrofitsource.com/components/harnesses/capacitor-relay-harness-link.html#.Vei6qn_BzRY) Shrouds(Not needed) a couple questions though.. 1. is this kit only for the low beams? would i need a separate kit for high beams? 2. would the headlight extended cap that a member created be needed so i wont have to cut anything? 3. do I/would I need anything else for this upgrade? my goal is to have HID high and low beams and fogs - Which i see the HID Extra 5202 HID fog kit will work pretty good. sorry for all the questions im just new to HID and trying to figure it all out
  9. perfect thanks for this...
  10. Does anyone have pictures of the rc 3.5 lift with stock wheels/tires? I am saving my stock wheels and tires to use in the winter and was wondering how bad it will look with the 3.5 lift and stock tires
  11. does anyone use any of those fuel additive and cleaner shot things that you can get at an auto store? i never know if these ever work or not, or if they are even useful?
  12. Thanks guys... Yea I have the 5.3 so I'll stick to 87 until I get a tune eventually
  13. Hey All, Just curious what type gas so you all use for these trucks? I'm running 89 but I didn't know if these trucks perform better with one type over the other, any added performance or mpg boost with one? I want to see if I'm wasting the little extra I pay for 89 if 87 is the same thing.
  14. So I purchased the Truxedo Truxport cover and so far I am happy with it, i like the fact that it sits on top of the rails so i have more room in the bed for my ATV.. The only complaint is the cover is not that tight... i know that the truxport doesn't have an automatic or manual adjuster to tighten it - but does anyone know how to tighten it anyway? it just shakes too much while driving. Thanks!
  15. I have seen that the Roll-n-lock is a great locking burglar proof cover... there is another similar one that's pretty much the same but i cant remember the name.. I think its Retrax Pro..
