  1. So the body of shock is supposed to be same length and rod is slightly longer to accommodate if you went up to 1.5” leveled/lifted. Be no problem at all on stock height.
  2. Here are the part numbers for the shocks, sorry for the delay.
  3. Thanks for all the replies and great info!! I currently have a TT with GVWR of 6,700lbs. But was towing with my 15’ 1500. Eventually next year going bigger and nicer lol. i live in the salt belt and I am religious about undercarriage cleaning ever chance I get when the weather warms up. But….i was able to find out that the part numbers for shocks on the 24’s are indeed the same for the 23’s!!! Took me a ton of research but found GM / AC Delco site to list all shocks used on our trucks for 24 finally. So will be ordering from Rock Auto tomorrow!
  4. Sorry if I missed this in the sear, but want to replace the Ranchi junk with Bilstein 5100’s. I only have 8k on truck and can’t stand them. I did order the steering stabilizer kit from Kryptonite w/ Bilstein stabilizer. does anyone have part numbers for the front and rear shocks Bilstein 5100’s?
  5. Yes good point, I did do this and there was no change.
  6. I’ve only swapped housings once back in 2004 and I was back to stock in 6 months. I hated the projection or more the lack there of. Plus they started yellowing fast. I run Xenon Depot Xtreme led’s currently but will switch to Lasfits when they decide to burn out.
  7. I went and had my normal lifelong, Lord help me when he retires guy align it and wheel is spot on! Alignment was on verge of being out of spec for everything so he got it back in middle to. $100 bucks but well worth it!
  8. So I have been patiently waiting for someone at dealers in my area who have the 24 specs to align my truck. The wheel is off to the left and when level truck goes towards the right. Even the off road indicator shows my level wheel at 1deg to the right. Has anyone else ran into this yet?
  9. I ended up getting at etrailer lol.
  10. I checked BAP and so far nothing. Most likely going to get their mirrors when they release them. Unless I find stocks and chase wiring.
  11. Here it is and works perfect! Will be ordering my B&W Patriot this week!
  12. My thing is why not have pride in your work and brand. I believe that is something the world needs more of. Not trying to argue just my view.
  13. Wondered if anyone here does the same thing as me and chat with websites to see about a better deal they will offer for anything? I just saved 50 bucks and shipping was already free on a new Access Lorado for my 24 HD.
  14. I agree about just to where the boot starts to swell or move. But the ones who don’t care at the dealer….pop goes the piggy bank before soon!
  15. Shame that this is not part of PDI! Anything for them to save a dollar and we pay the price later!
  16. When I bought my 24 2500 L8T I crawled under and was thrilled to see all the zerk fittings. As I always do, I grabbed my grease gun that has Amsoil in her and started giving what I thought would be a little love turned into a lot. Anyone else have this experience?
  17. I just ordered the kit from Curt for the 2023. Fingers crossed but part numbers that I can find seem to match.
  18. Timbrens, work great for me!
  19. My truck bed has the blank cover for the connectors, does anyone make a kit yet for this to tie into the bumper plugs?
  20. Well darn, worth a shot. Thanks for the info!
  21. My tow mirrors don’t have the flood lights on them and was wondering if anyone has modified theirs to have these by changing just the bezel with the light in them? Don’t really want to drop the cash just to get new mirrors for this reason. Thanks in advance!
  22. Thanks will do!
