Hi guys l have a 2014 Silverado that is done all crazy things no sound , my cluster will go black dead , light on the steering wheel and comands no response i can not get phone calls engine will be driving ok but no info . I have a bully dog conected to the truck so I get speed and info from it . Then after two or three seconds will be back and go until I get to stop . The dealer could not find the problem so I replace the HMI module and the receiver I replace the cluster too I did the big three upgrade check all the grounds and a new battery. The cluster is working fine now but I still lose the sound,if someone have any advice thank you

I was driving to Arizona when I realize no fog lights no parking lights only headlights and brake lights . I have aftermarket led headlights and rear brake lights check your fuse there is one for left and one for right side and one for foglghts

Yes the hmi and the receiver the one on top of the CD player behind the screen you have to replace both. So now I think the radio antena or the cable that conecta to the receiver

So I upgrade my cluster l did not have CarPlay so I upgrade my hmi and the receiver and i still lose sound the cluster don’t shot off anymore but still lose the sound

I have done the big 3 upgrade and I have also check the ground on the front speakers under the windshield new optima battery and the problem persist.

I have a 2014 silverado l hear static and the radio go out no sound no phone my 8 in lcd frezee the lights of my steering wheel will be off and the cluster will be completely shut off for a second or two and come back and keep do in it until I stop . I have aftermarket leds front and back and I took it to the dealer and they said it was the lights because they could not find the problem
