  1. I bought my 2021 Silverado 1500 in December of 2020. I've put on about 19,000 miles and had a 6 inch lift installed with 35" tires. Recently, I've had a slight squeaking noise coming from the front brakes that has continued to worsen. When it first occurred, I took it to the dealership and they said nothing was wrong, and brakes seemed fine. The noise continued on for a week after that, continuing to get louder. It usually is very intermittent, stopping after the truck has been sitting and then coming back after a little bit of driving. I took it to a local shop around here that would give me a little more detail of what's going on and they told me that the front brakes, because chevy has decided to put larger, 4 piston calipers on the front, that they are making the noise because of the extra weight added with the lift and tires. In the end, he basically told me they're ultimately no alternative to getting rid of the noise, and honestly, it's quite frustrating because it gets seriously loud and embarrassing almost. i was curious if anyone had the same issue? Found any sort of fix for it?
  2. I lifted my 2021 silverado RST on 35x12.50x20s with a 6 inch lift and my MPGs went to s**t... I expected a little bit of a decrease but I've seen it go down to average 9-10, when before I was getting 14-15 regularly. Now, I can only average 15 with cruise control down the highway for half an hour. I've looked around seeing people saying to calibrate the computer for the new tires? Would a dealership do that or an outside company? Also regearing was an option too for better MPGs? I just dont want to spend 80 bucks on gas every 5 days haha.
