  1. So far, so good. I love the diesel mpg's! I get about 23 mpg on average and could get 25 if I tried. 4x4 works great and is easily to use. Overall, it's been serving it's purpose and I really put it to use. I keep tools in it, I tow, camp, I live off-road so it gets tested. The biggest problem that I have is that it looks so nice, but it scratches so easy. List of little complaints I wish the 4x4 icon/dashlight were more pronounced while it's on. I forget to turn it off sometimes, right? I wish the dome lights covered a wider area. The light is rarely where I need it, get rid of the beam. I wish there was a good place to mount my magnet phone holder. I can find a place to put my phone without it being in conflict with dial or screen. The 4x4 tires are crap, no sidewall support, not an off road tire. Sure I'm going to upgrade but I'd like so life from the originals The multiflex problem of hitting a trailer hitch. It friggin' scratches so easily!!!!! So coming from a guy who's on his fifth new truck in five years. All things considered, it's a great truck/work truck
  2. I assume that this has already been talked about but I can't find a forum here. I made the mistake of using my multiflex tailgate while I had my trailer hitch on, OUCH! Your multiflex tailgate face will rest on your hitch and It's going to leave a scratch. I really think the dealer should have warned me about this problem (I'm not the only one to do this). I plan to cover it with black Plasti Dip. Also, I love being able to simply step up into the bed of my truck, the multiflex is great. And yes, I did it twice.....
  3. I can't believe how easy my paint scratches! Maybe it's contrast of the light colored primer against the red? Maybe it's because I've never owned a red truck before? I use my truck, I have a toolbox, I feel like i'll leave a scratch just by leaning against the side of the truck to get a tool. Not sure if it's the color, a soft paint/clear issue, or my treating it like it's a white work truck?
  4. Yeah, I notice it when I'm trying to go up a hill slowly (trying to stay under 15 on street). I'm not super familiar with diesels, but it feels like the gearing is just not matched up with the engine's lower rpm's. I could put it in to lower gear but not worth it. Is it normal for me to hear knocking in this situation?
