My 2020 GMC Sierra and my 2021 Cadillac XT5 have the same problem with Onstar, the Wifi and onstar will not connect sometimes. After several trips to the dealer and on the phone with Onstar for hours I was told when I use the remote start that is what causes the problem. As of now there is no fix for this problem so I no longer can use the remote start in either vehicle this is unacceptable. Onstar and GM need to get this fixed and issue a credit for the times I could not connect.
