My 2015 Chevrolet 2500hd doesn’t seem to detect a USB thumb drive. No matter which port I put it in. According to the directions, you insert thumb drive with music on it and press the “Media” button wondering if it may be because it is a 256 gb drive? Might be too big and the system doesn’t recognize it?? Only thing I have been able to come up with so far. system sees and SD card, but the SD port on my computer is broken right now, so I can’t move any music to the SD card. Anyone else had these types of issues?
