What psi do you run your tires on road?

I was looking to see if anyone runs anything similar or this size and at what psi they run for everyday on road use? -
Do you have any problems with rubbing anywhere at any point?

That’s what I may go with I think they should fit fine with just the 2 level

I have a 2018 Silverado 1500 LTZ Z71 with 2” leveling kit I currently have 265/65R18 tires. I want to go bigger but also keep stock wheels. I want a big size but something that won’t rub anywhere I’ve thought about a 275/70R18 but want some other peoples thoughts?
