Was able to get some weight on it and it finally came down. Wasn’t corroded . Won’t crank it back up again unless I have a tire on it. Thanks for the replies and advice.

2015 Silverado 1500. Had to use spare tire after gouging a tire. Spare came right down, no problem. Cranked cable back up without the a tire on it and snugged it up. Ready to put the spare back under the truck but the cable won’t come down all the way. It goes up some and down about 4 inches but that’s it. Any ideas on how to get it to come back down all the way?

Thanks. Does each door have a lock actuator or just the drivers side?

Passenger side door lock only unlocking part of the time. Have used both the door switch and fob but neither work. All of the other locks appear to be fine. Any ideas on what is wrong or how to test the lock switch?
