I have had my GM card since it was introduced many years ago and have used the 5% card earnings to purchase GM vehicles. Getting the 5% earnings is the only reason I have stayed with the GM card. No problems when the card was serviced by GM or Capital One. Since Marcus Goldman has taken over, there are many problems with my earnings that continue to be incorrect. Spoke on the phone to one of their reps and she couldn't explain why the earnings were wrong, Tried again today with online chat and received "canned" answers about how to pay my bill. Transferred to "specialist" who didn't respond at all and then ended the chat. GM needs to be aware of these problems or there will be more cancellations of the card and an overall negative feeling about GM and its vehicles.
