I've had the GM Card since 1996 and when Capital One was servicing the card, I felt like I was with a company that was trustworthy and safe. Not with Marcus! Everything with this company just feels....janky. They don't support text alerts. My card randomly requires a PIN at some stores despite the fact I have never setup one. I've tried to research why it requires a PIN but all the information in the Help pages points to pages that don't exist on the website. I just don't feel like my financial information is safe with this company. I hate to give up my earnings but something just doesn't add up with this company. Seems they are more concerned with marketing their other account services than they are with making sure your accounts are safe and work.
