  1. Looking for advice, i have a 2007 chevy 6.0 and i was on my way home from work the other day and my check engine light came on so when i got home i parked it until the weekend when i had tome to look at it. I ran the diag and it popped up p0307 (#7 cylinder misfire) and p0527 (oil preasure sensor) i decided to conquer the misfire first so i replaced all plugs and wires and started it up again to see if that fixed the misfire and it did not, i replaced the coil on the number 7 cylinder cleared the code and started it up and same thing popped up. i ran a compression test and the 7 cylinder is at 80 psi. my question is, is it worth trying to go further with this motor and try to fix it or would i be better off just buying a new motor and doing a swap? If it's worth fixing then what would be my next step in diagnosing what is wrong?
