  1. Yes, I have tried that as well. Still no response from the actuator
  2. I have been having an ongoing issue with the power lock/unlock for my tailgate. All other locks on the truck function properly and the tailgate locks and unlocks properly with the key itself. When the key fob is used there is no response. No noises or anything indicating mechanical failure. I have replaced the actuator already in case that was the issue. It was not. The connections going to the actuator on the drivers side near the bumper appear to have no issues either. Using a multimeter I found readings of between 0.10 and 0.20 volts at the actuator connection when either lock on unlock was pressed on the key fob. I have found several videos and online discussions about the actuator itself going out but I haven't seen anything relating directly to this issue. If anyone has some insight it was be appreciated.
  3. I am currently having the same issue with my 2018. I also replaced the actuator and am getting similar voltage readings. The harness connection looks intact on the drivers side under the bumper as well. Did you end up finding a solution to this?
