  1. I have the same exact problem on my 2023 LTZ since day one except it the drivers side that does this. Passenger side seems to work fine.
  2. I have a 2023 Silverado refresh, also on Android 10. Had one OTA update in late 2023 and nothing since. Earlier this year they updated the communication gateway s/w when I was in for an oil change. Still no OTA updates. I had been paying for the connected service subscription and using the onboard apps. A few months ago I cancelled the subscription and started using CarPlay. Since then I have had issues where it does not recognize the phone as a CarPlay device until I disconnect/re-connect. The second issue that emerged was the blower fan speed. It's on high when I first start up then drops down to a low setting like when you have an incoming call. Will not increase no matter what you set the temp to. I have to hit the manual fan speed button then put it back to auto or hit the voice command button on the steering wheel then mute button to get the fan to adjust speed automatically again. Seems like its induced by using CarPlay as an audio source? Is this addressed by the TSB and upgrade to Android 12 and is that available to all years of the refresh or are there different h/w versions needed to enable the upgrade? Thanks for any advice on this.
