That is interesting to hear about lockers for the older 14 bolt fitting in the newer 12 with a bit of mixing and matching.
Does anyone know if the AT4X/ZR2's with front lockers are still using the same 8.25" front differential? It seems from reading around there was general concern about the strength of the 8.25" front handling the stresses of a locked differential under load. Wondering how or if GM addressed that on these newer trucks with e-lockers.
I have been searching gmparts.com in an attempt to find some info regarding availability and details for the locking differentials, but haven't come up with much. Curious if someone with more knowledge than myself notices anything.
