Update....the issue has not gone away. Software been updated twice. Dealer has no idea. See what happens when I take in for something else in a couple of weeks.

I have had issues with my dash/electronics since I purchased new in June. Had to replace the dash once. Tire sensors went out. Volume issue, when I have navigation system on, you can't control volume on phone or radio with out shutting truck off. Cameras went out, had it to the dealer three times and goes in next week for the sensor issue. Found out I get the chip for seat heat next week, but chip for heated steering and the fancy cruize? They have not idea when available. Honestly thing about hitting GM with the lemon law in Iowa and buying a Ford. Sad, because I do like the truck

I bought a new Silverado with the new digital dash back in June. It has been a nightmare since day one. So current question. When I have the navigation system up, the volume will not control the radio or the phone volume. Even it I shut the Nav system down, everytime I try to turn up the volume for radio or phone the screen brings up the navigation system volume. I can not adjust anything else. Thoughts? Suggestions? Call Chevrolet and they said: "I don't know, take it to the dealer" Called the dealer and they claim they have never heard of this and I should drop it off them to "mess" with? Anyone else have this problem?
