I have a 2019 Sierra with a 6.2L with 55k miles, and I have noticed that under load or towing, when the engine gets to the higher RPM range, I get what seems to be valve lash or something on the top end of the engine. It does not do it all the time, but probably about 80% of the time I can recreate the sound.
