  1. Thanks will check them out, not sure how they will look on the stock wheels. Shame they aren't 10+ inches wide.
  2. Everything is blacked out except for the grill, also remove the old man auto running boards. Also swapped out the alum trim piece I made with a 1 3/16" vinyl trim I found on eBay Happy with it, just want to do something with the exhaust and different tires / wheels. I like the factory 22's but not sure what tires I could swap out to. Looking for a street tire.
  3. Stock shackles are back on, the shake is still there by about 60 percent less. Assuming stock angle sucks as they come out unless its the nature of the trans and the shackles exaggerating it.
  4. Went for a 300 mile trip today, not to happy with the drop shackle mod. Going to put the stocks back in there, the amount of shaking it does at that 30mph and lower is just to much.
  5. Ordered trim illusion's mirror cap and their glossy door handle covers. Hopefully they are decent.
  6. thought about it, but they are so huge and blucky Thanks, will update one other black outs we are doing including the chrome window and the side mirrors.
  7. Ended up used some 1.0 x.125" alum from HomeDepot and wrapped with 3m 2" glossy black wrap, then used 1" double sticky tape to cover the holes. Happy with it thus far, have to do the other side, its a lot of work wrapping to get all the air out. Rest was easy. Getting closer lol
  8. Have the same with our 2023, called dealer and they said they wouldn't do anything till I put 1000 miles on her. We have about half than now and its still present. Doesn't make sense imho that it would "correct" itself. Rest of the shifts are butter.
  9. Painting them makes a lot of sense. Its in such and unusual spot I personally think it looks silly. Its actually not on the side like they normally are its under the flat part of the door which is odd. Removed them yesterday and put 1" black vinyl wrap across for now. Can't even see it and it looks so much better.
  10. Sure ok, but that is how you get other options as well. That trim should be a stick on not extra holes in the door itself.
  11. Totally shocked at this one, was excited to remove the big sliver Silverado door moldings today. But as I started to pull back I noticed there were those darn white body clips with holes in the door itself. Seriously wtf chevy, talk about a major let done. Guess there staying on. Painting the lower running boards today to remove some of the "to much" chrome.
  12. What i haven't done is put in neutral (not even sure you can with all these damn nannys on the truck) to see if it still does it and if its trans related. Edit: Its confirmed, putting into neutral removes the shacking. Totally believe its in the trans doing it, just magnified when we do shackles.
  13. Your welcome, hopefully we all figure it out. Personally I think its there prior and just gets more pronounced. Check this old thread out.
  14. Everyone wants to know as well, its the best sounding for those that don't want drone or to much noise.
  15. Would love to hear this kit more especially a take off video as well as an in cab to hear drone and or full throttle cab sound.
