Deal HighCountry

As like anyone that has problems with this not working. I plugged something in and now the outlets don’t turn on and the switch flashes 5 times when you turn it off. Any ideas where to start looking for a fuse? I did it a few months ago and pulled the 19 fuse I think under the hood, it worked for my phone charger just fine, haven’t plugged anything else in to it but that charger and now that isn’t working again.
