Thank you ... no rain forecast for the next week but will set them to intermittent.

Good evening all ... I have been a Chevy truck owner in the past and bought a '23 1500 High Country today. While the salesperson was showing me the doodads, I asked if it had auto sensing wipers to which he replied no. After getting home, I went through the "Setting" menu and found the "Rain Sensing Wipers" option had a green check mark; GREAT!!! Rain storm comes through while I'm driving home from running an errand but no wipers until I activate them on the stalk. Am I missing something? Did I not flick a doodad the salesperson didin't know about? Any and all tips, suggestions and comments appreciated.
