Just installed a mishimoto trans cooler in a fresh rebuilt transmission. The question I have is how to I read the dip stick now I waited until the transmission got to 130° and check the fluid while it was running on park. Filled it until it was in the hot section on the dipstick Did I do it correct or do I need to remove some thanks in advance

Recently, my transmission started slipping so I decided to rebuild it and upgrade my circle D torque converter to a 2600–2800 and add a shift kit. I’m taking it to the shop next week. Will I need to tune my transmission or can I just drive off with it? thank you in advance

So drove my truck to work today after a month of not driving it.(have a commuter car). Truck was running fine all day. When I got home went for a food run with the wife, truck felt weird. Had it on drive but wouldn’t move unless I accelerated to 1.5k rpm. Drove it around the block it drove good above 1.2k rpm. Got home plug in the obd2 reader no codes. Waited about 2 hours tried it again and truck was even worse. Didn’t move on drive or reverse unless I accelerated and then it would kick into gear is it time for a new transmission?

So I decided to put 2017 Escalade suede A and B pillars on my Sierra see if they would fit and they do Also the black oh ****** handles off of an Escalade work as well. Going to see if the sunvisor fit as well later this month

The only thing I bought was a wiring harness to by pass the seat memory module on the driver side, But other than that it’s plug and play

Trying to rebadge my truck. Does anyone have the door measurements for the Denali door emblem? I’ve been looking through all the nearby dealers with no luck on finding a Denali so I could take measurements of my own. It’ll be greatly appreciated if anyone who has one can give me the measurements for it.

Any difference besides the buttons?
