I'm a little late to the party but I had the exact same problem and fixed it. I had re-geared my front diff and accidentally re-installed my track drag link (center link) the wrong way. 2005 Silverado 1500 (GMT800). All the problems mentioned in this thread were present. Drove straight just fine but the corners were so bad I thought the rear diff I just re-geared as well was locking up. Hope this helps someone.
