I have a 24 GMC Sierra SLT that I bought new off of the lot Dec 2023. As of today, it has never received any OTA updates. I have taken it to the selling dealer to have them check for updates and they did install the update for the gateway issue. Today I took it to another dealer to see if they could figure out why no updates. The did update the ECM & BCM, but nothing for the infotainment center. While I was waiting for them to work some magic, I ran across this thread. My infotainment head has Android 10 (Feb 23) on it and the software version is Y169.3.2. The infotainment head build code is IOK. It looks like this update (25 NA-121) may be able to be applied to my infotainment head and "maybe" enable it to receive OTA updates? Do you guys agree or is it wishful thinking on my part? Looking forward to your comments.
