Update: The GM Customer Care is not being responsive. I've reached out 3 times in the last week, and gotten no response. I've taken it to a different dealer than the first one in this thread. They tried, but could not get the current hardware to respond. Now they'll be replacing the control module for a little over $1,000. This will be coming out of my pocket, since I have no other options (other than driving a 2021 car with no radio or phone connection). So, I've asked them what are my options when I come back in less than a year from now with this same problem? I feel like I've identified the common denominator to this issue I've had the last 3 years, but I'm not getting any adequate response.

I found this today and find it frustrating that this has been an issue since 2021. I'm also surprised there are not more of you out there with this issue.
