Sorry for some reason video won’t load but it just shows the rpm fluctuate from 500-800

Sorry about the length in advance i have recently purchased this vehicle and started to notice issues immediately. When driving all is well runs like a Chevy should. First time noticing the issue I came to a light and I notice the rpm bounce from 1k- 2k and shakes until you step on the gas then it shifts very rough and then drives completely fine. code read o2 sensors I replaced both upstream o2s and still the issue occurred. I also clean the MAF and MAP sensors cleaned out the throttle body hoping if anything the throttle plate was dirty and not functioning correctly but the issue exists. I take it back to the dealer I purchased is from and they sent it to a shop where the mechanics said the issue was fixed by replacing the (1) down stream sensor which there is two down-streams and two upstreams dude said there were only 3 o2 sensors so not sure how reliable they are. here is a video of the truck today after receiving the truck back from the shop TODAY IMG_2463.MOV
