  1. I wouldn't be surprised if some people have 200k to 300k as well. Hotshotters don't have time to be on the Internet. But yes, I need to verify this IN REAL LIFE too.
  2. I do agree with other posters. Same applies for the L87 issue. There HAS to be some L87s between 2022 and 2023 around 200k miles or maybe 300k (probably pushing it, but still). Online is NOT real life. What about the hot shotters driving these 10 speed HD trucks? Do they have time to even record their mileage here? NO. Because they drive and drive. They don't have time to write on the internet about how good their truck is. Misinformation exists. And lets be honest- ChatGPT, Perplexity AI have now come into the picture. So, AI generated posts are a REAL issue. Let's be honest- how many posters claiming to be mechanics or YT techs, or people who HAVE HAD issues are REAL? Or are just generated? Or those posters may also be secretly paid by Ford or RAM too (can happen as well- you never know). Anyone can claim their truck can have a failure at 5k. And look, I am not discounting real lemons or failures (which are unacceptable), but it is HARD to verify every statement. And I mean even ones online here.
  3. Gentlemen, please let me know the MOST AMOUNT OF miles you have on your 2025-2026 6.2s and 5.3s. I know they are new, but please let me know.
  4. Toyota has Ow-16 oil, if that makes you better. But I don't trust the V35A. Too many owners having problems outside the recalled range.
  5. I don't know how widespread this issue is. The L87 issue is something else, but I wonder what the real frequency and failure rate is. And the real nos of 5.3s made. I wonder how many happy owners are there that don't have time to complain here.
  6. I think it is an issue. It seems to be an unrealistic product too, just like the original Hummer H2.
  7. Maybe you got a lemon. And you can STOP COMPLAINING on GMA and herealso when you know that you can take it to another dealership and get it fixed. I explained there , and I AM SICK OF explaining things over and over here also... You could have asked for a loaner. You could have got a rental...all if your insurance allows. Maybe it also is the driving style and break in...... Go on. Post the reciepts..... and if you have an MY21...it will make sense. If you say the receipts are confidential...then I cannot say you were saying the truth. Period. Your number also makes me question as well.... One question. Do you know everything more than the manufacturer? That would be very foolish indeed. How about you can politely ask another technician to diagnose your issue and be done with it? Or ask for a buyback in exchange for one WITHOUT DFM active?
  8. Well. The general point is...how will the MY26 or MY27 LTDs fare? At that point a new generation will be introduced...
  9. In any case, are recent MY24 builds suffering from this problem? As in, Builds made in July 2024 and after. I know early MY24s have these issues...
  10. Those people had glitter in the oil...and probably ignored it EVEN when it was excess...when they should have got rid of it in the first place. Cheaping out using regular fuel DOES NOT help either and would increase the possibility of this happening. Another issue that can cause a similar shut down is the fuel pump module. Also seems to be common on both engines (though I did not hear of this in Qatar...only the bearing issue). That is not fatal...but I will NOT be surprised if this module is on backorder...
  11. Most of the seized engines involved 6.2s...not 5.3s. It is good they are taking preventative action on the 5.3s...as I have not heard a forum case yet (I could be wrong though..). And also, I heard there is a new part no change for the 6.2. Not really sure what this means.
