    I have a 2011 GMC Sierra 5.3 AFM deleted & computer tuned motor sitting at 279,000 miles. Bought truck 5 years ago at 160k miles. At the time, it still had AFM. I replaced PVC & some smaller items. Once AFM got deleted, she’s ran like a scalded dog since. I change oil every 3-5k miles & get fluid checked. Recently changing oil, condensation and a sweet smell has appeared on inside of oil the oil cap. Hope I can make It to 300k
