Hi guys i have the same issue with the front output shaft leaking. Not the transfer to transmission seals no leak there. 3000miles started to weap. Had the front output seal replace, 1000miles later leaking again. Mech said its the spline seal. Wants to replace the whole transfer case but this will probably cause more issues because doesn't the mechanic need to set these seals in perfectly?? Has anyone got the schematics for the internals of the transfer case?? Maybe numbered with gm parts numbers. Just so i can see this spline seal?? Can this spline seal be replaced without the transfer being removed?? Thanking you in advance Have a great day
