  1. I have the same issue. I don't carry anything in my pocket so thats not the issue. I've had it unlock or lock by just stepping up on something higher and pulling my jeans tight against the key fob. And before anyone jumps to the conclusion, no I do not wear skinny jeans. Never had an issue with Toyota or Ram key fobs over the 15 years I owned those vehicles.
  2. The biggest reason I jumped was for future potential. You never know when you will need that towing capability or payload capacity.

  4. Did you have Michelin tires? I had to have two of mine replaced under warranty to coming from the factory bad.
  5. Do we have an all in price for what it takes to do this?
  6. Finally got my transfer case seal issue corrected! The issue with the first dealer was they only replaced the seal and didn't use the correct tool to install it.
  7. Not yet, I took it to a new dealer to have them determine the issue and during the first appointment they show it is still the same thing, input shaft seal on the transfer case. They had to wait for the seal to come in and I'm taking it in this coming Monday. While they have it apart they are going to fully inspect the shaft and transfer case. This dealer said there is no way after 3 replacements it should be still leaking so they think something else is going on that the other dealer missed. So I'll keep you posted after it gets repaired this time.
  8. Well, looks like I'm going back for a 3rd time for the transfer case leak. I think I need to start finding a new dealership for repairs. It just sucks the next closest one is an hour away. The rate I am going, I'll be able to claim Lemon Law soon.
  9. Got it! Thank you so much!
  10. @Jettech1-Can you show a closer up of how you attached the zip ties? Did you drill through the storage box to make attachment holes? Also, how is it holding up almost a year later?
  11. The output shaft seal was bad so that was replaced, but about a week later it was leaking again where the two sides are matted together on the main transfer case unit. It's going back in on Monday to be checked again.
  12. Camera still works as I can manually select it. When I got the truck new, after putting it in drive it would automatically switch from the rear to the front, it just doesn't do it automatically anymore. I just have to hit the button and it will pop up.
  13. Mine used to do that, but it no longer does for some odd reason. It just stays on the reverse camera all the time. You wouldn't know how to fix that would you?
  14. Less than 500 miles most likely. Hopefully the part comes in within 2-3 weeks.
  15. Anyone else on here been hit with the Transfer Case Seal Leak on their 2024? I just took mine to the dealer to have something else check and during their complimentary inspection they found my transfer case seal was seeping a little. Not a full on leak, but something they wanted to fix. The part is on backorder and they are not sure when they will get it. At 5,000 miles I was only down a 1/2 quart of fluid. I'm not that familiar on transfer cases, but what should I be looking out for while I'm still driving it? I have a two week hunting trip coming up and want to make sure I'm not stranded. Thanks!
