I popped mine out several weeks ago and cleaned it with CRC MAF Sensor cleaner. 53k miles and probably had never been cleaned.

I took my truck in ro Lawrence Hall Chevrolet in Abilene TX and and they replaced the Reluctant (DEF) Tank under the CPO warranty so I'm back on the road again!

My wife bought her CTS-VSport from Everett Cadillac in Hickory. They took care of us!

I had an issue with a new 1985 Z-28 some years ago. The 4WDB's were less than adequate when purchased IMO. I had taken it in for small warranty services and asked them on three occasions to check them. Each time is was "could not duplicate on the service ticket. The warranty ran out about a month after my last visit and had to take it back for warranty rework. I again complained about the brakes. Well, low and behold, this time they determined the rear calipers were sticking and gave me a quote to repair. They had records as well as O had receipts of each time complained about the brakes while still under warranty. My dad was a life long body shop owner and told me to keep my cool and tell them that I wanted to speak to the GM Regional District Manager. The service manager disappeared for a few minutes, came back and told me they would replace the calipers free of charge.

It's a '21 and was a CPO with extended protection when purchased, so hopefully it will be covered. I supposedly have all of it's service record history and nothing noted other than routine fluid changes, tire rotations, and the windshield washer nozzles replaced once.

It's not that it sits for extended periods. I drive it every couple of weeks. However, I did consider draining the DEF and replacing it. Don't you get a "Poor quality DEF warning" if its bad?

I don't drive this truck on a regular basis since I have a new company truck with no out of pocket fuel or maintenance cost. Yesterday I got it out to run some errands and got the title message on my DCI. A quick Google search suggested to first clean the Map Sensor. I pulled it out and it was sooty so cleaned it up and reinstalled it. Issue not resolved. My OBDII is a couple years old so didn't see any codes. Today I took it to a friend at AutoZone to get him to check it with his reader. It had the following codes: P20C3 P02BB P221F Stating the most likely solution is to replace diesel emission fluid (DEF) tank assembly. So, I guess a trip to the dealer is necessary. I read where there was a backorder on these tank assemblies several years ago so hope that has been resolved.

I thought I read the column shifter was still electronic but a column shifter was used to appease the average buyer.

I have the Cooper Stronghold on my 2020 Ram 2500 company truck and yes, they are louder even when new. And louder than the Cooper Discoverer AT3 that was on it before. I did get 65k out of them and probably could have easily gone another 8k but they started getting loud at about 40k and the noise continued to increase. My '21 D'Max is about ready for a set and will probably go with Michelin tires. I've never been disappointed with a set of Michelins.

Not your issue but I have a good one. I had a 2001 Silverado that developed a sporadic flutter at speeds above 60mph. It really annoyed me (because I couldn't find the cause) but it drove my wife crazy. Which in turn aggravated me even more. One day while driving I leaned forward to find the source and noticed it was the rubber cover over the hood hinges under the cowl panel. I guess the bug deflector on the hood contaminated the air flow. I replaced the rubber with a heavier piece and solved the issue.

You did good. I had one that was smaller but was driving me crazy. Fortunately, I know a PDR man that fixed mine.

I usually keep a tender on my vehicles and get 5-8+ years on them. Last several I bought the Duracell batteries at Sams and so far so good. FWIW, I had a Harley and got 11 years out of the battery, always on a tender when she was put up for the night.

This is handy as well. Sometimes the 20" height is much. but works great if you have a vehicle on on jack stands and wrenching simultaneously from topside and underneath.

My company truck is a RAM Tradesman 2500 and has the feature to activate the tailgate camera on demand and I wondered if my 2500HD has this feature but haven't checked.
