Every time i accelerate hard theres this whistle outside, anyone know what it is??? theres a video IMG_1174.mov

Does anyone know if a line lock solenoid would be safe on a 2018 1500? its rated at 3000 psi but i dont want my brakes to fail or any accidents to happen

im not sure if i already posted this question but i have a 2018 silverado and i wanted to put a line lock on it, it says it can handle 3000 psi but i daily the truck and drive it across the state a lot, is it safe for that? i dont wanna cause an accident or have brake failure
