  1. The TSB is #22-NA-182, it was last updated in Aug of 2023 to include 2024 vehicles as well. I sent a PM to the OP hoping that he would respond as to which dealership handled his truck repair. I live in Northern Utah east of Ogden if anyone could recommend a competent service department. GM has had this problem since 2021, but not on many vehicles, seems to be a random thing. I uploaded the TSB hopefully you all can see it. Thanks MC-10242240-0001.pdf
  2. Having the same issue with my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado High Country 2500hd. I bought the truck used in Oct 2023, the truck only had 7500 miles but had a great price. Occasionally it shifts hard, sometimes it seems like it's not sure what gear it should be in, kind of like a false neutral. The transmission has overheated while towing and when not towing. Kind of a random thing that doesn't always happen. Dealership told me that changing the transmission fluid and filters is the first step so I paid to have that done. Needless to say it didn't fix it, and they didn't put down any info on the RO as to why I had the transmission service done. I took the truck back after the same problems occurred, I took with me the service bulletin and gave it to the service people. They had never heard of the issue, I had to pay for a diagnostic fee, and of course there are no codes or anything to show any issues. I showed them a pic of the transmission fluid temperature of 250 degrees and their tech says that is normal operating temperature. He took it for a drive and couldn't replicate the problem, I asked if he had checked the transmission cooler lines per the service bulletin and was told he didn't find any leaks, nothing about the condition of the lines. This is why I hate stealerships like this. D Fowers - if you are still on this forum please tell me which dealership in Utah you went to, I'm also in Utah.
