Truck Broken Into - Horn Disabled

Did you ever figure out how the horn was disabled? Mine was stolen and recovered. The horn was unplugged, I plugged back in and still no horn. also my rear park assist isn’t working and guessing they cut a wire back there like they did on yours. What wire was cut on yours behind the plate?
