  1. Hey all, I hate that this is one of my first posts but I’m desperate for help. If one of you techs can help me, I’d owe you huge! Here’s the info: Truck: 2017 Silverado Z71 LTZ, 6.2l 4wd Mods: AFE intake, Custom exhaust, Diablo sport tuned via I3. Problem: No backup cam or reverse lights. I have done tons of googling. When I shift very slowly, sometimes with my wheel turned left, I can get my backup cam and lights working. The rest of the time, blue screen with backup lines and no lights. I’m dying here. Help me out and recommend something I’m missing. So far I have: -Checked and replaced under hood and drivers side dash fuses. -Checked shifter linkage from under wheel to trans, ensured no damage or adjustment problems. (Everything is VERY clean.) -Pulled drivers side tail light to check for any water damage or leaks that could short the reverse lights. -Removed spare and checked all rear junction connections. Removed and reseated. Cleaned the area to check for wire flaws. -Removed rear ground from junction to spare lift. Removed all undercoat, cleaned an ensured fresh metal contact with wire brush and fine Dremel sanding. Any possible corrosion removed from bolt. And here I am. This problem has persisted since I bought the truck in late 2023 and happened much less often at first. Now I have no backup lights at all. I’m the second owner and would like to continue to enjoy my truck for years, but I need it in full working order and this has been a royal pain in the ass! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
