I was experiencing the same issue every day or even a few hours after resetting or unplugging the batteries; open then close driver side window. It's a little different since I couldn’t relearn the window at all. It just quit working unless I unplugged the negative from both batteries. I replaced the window switch and issue still there. I was thinking maybe the motor or bcm, I checked both batteries for voltage, driver door wire harness and plugs. Everything looked fine, so the fix was driver side battery fuse block one nut was finger tightened. Issue went away thanks God. Unfortunately I visually inspected both fuse nuts, but never thought one was not tighten. Hopefully, this will help someone
