  1. It looks like my hot side boost tube is loose, but I'm not sure. feels snug when i tug on it. Is this normal?
  2. maybe try forgetting your phone from the infotainment system and re-connecting it. If not, maybe try a factory reset on the truck. What software version did they update the truck to?
  3. any CEL or codes?
  4. also interested in this, last weekend i was flushing/bleeding my brakes and I wish i had the ability to cycle the abs pump to flush that unit as well, need a bi-directional scanner to do that
  5. I have a 2024 3500 AT4 SRW. I've changed all the pads two times already in 25k miles. I tried power stop pads to see if they were better and cleaner being a ceramic, after a couple weeks I switched back to OEM semi metallic because they stop much better than the power stops. I had no problem changing all the pads both times. I did disconnect the batteries just to make sure there were no issues with the new wear sensors, but that's it. no scan tool required. the only thing that i didn't get done was reset the brake pad life display. It still shows 80% even though brand new pads and wear sensors. There is a parking brake inside the hub of the rear rotors, but they should last forever unless there is a problem. There is no need to mess with that if your just changing pads. My original OEMs had around 25k miles on them and they did wear unevenly, not horrible, but noticeably different thicknesses.
  6. my rear was a little off too, i fixed it by adjusting the torsion keys on the front, now everything is level. Make sure to measure on many different surfaces to rule out uneven ground
  7. I thought wireless android auto started in 2024 for the HD trucks
  8. I went ahead and gave it a shot. 295/65R20 Nitto Recon Grapplers. 2024 3500 AT4. completely stock, no key turning or anything. Just had to tie the fender liner back in a couple places. No rubbing anywhere.
  9. Truck looks great, I'm considering the same size. Can you elaborate on the rubbing in reverse at full lock? Any pictures? Where is it rubbing and have you done any trimming? 2024 3500 AT4 completely stock. I tow a lot and don't want to lift or level or anything. thanks.
  10. Yes the blue brake wire between the 7 pin and the junction box. the hydrastar diode is labeled to show which way it installs. I think it prevents power going to the truck. power should always come from the truck, to the trailer on the blue wire.
  11. The diode installs on the blue brake wire. The LiFePO4 battery might be an interesting idea. I would imagine it uses a battery management system that could possibly prevent the electricity backflow?
  12. you should have an emergency breakaway battery with electric brakes also, that's where the issue is i think
  13. Same issue on my 24 3500 pulling my boat. I've had the recall done btw. I'm using EOH brakes and the problem has to due with the emergency breakaway battery on the trailer feeding power back to the truck. If your using a hydrastar unit, they sell a diode that you can wire in to fix the issue. I have the diode but haven't wired it in yet.
  14. The G80 locking rear differential in these trucks needs 100 or more rpm difference between the two wheels to lock up. you're not going to see that much difference with a different sized tire. Think one wheel stationary and the other spinning free. It takes a lot.
  15. I had a blowout on 1 of my 6 trailer tires, showed error, then the whole thing turned off. Frustrating because you still want to monitor the rest after a flat/spare changout. After getting tire replaced, initially had trouble re-learning sensors as my learn tool was low on battery. I reset the trpms and relearned all 6, and it worked fine after that.
