  1. Thanks for the reply, I was hoping that was the case. I"m pretty sure the High pressure switch is in good shape but if not I'll replace it. Thanks again. Edit; do you have the right part number for that? I can't seem to find it on Rock Auto.
  2. My mechanic says my AC compressor needs replacing, Thing is I can't find one online that looks exactly like mine which has a 2 wire plug on the front and a 2 wire plug in back and the compressor won't run with either one unplugged. All the online Compressors designated as being fit for my vehicle do not have an electrical plug on back just what looks like a place for one with a blank held in by a hog nose lock ring. I checked Rock , auto Autozone, Advance auto and all the compressors look just alike with the plug in back no place for a connector. The compressors are designated as being for vehicles with or without Rear heat control but still look just alike. Can someone tell me if the new compressor I ordered (without a rear plugin) can be made to work somehow and if not where do I find one other than paying a ridiculous price to a dealer? Pic on the left is new compressor, Pic on the right is mine showing where the electrical connector plugs in
