    Had the same issue with my 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 Custom. Had all the symptoms that everyone has posted. I notice one of my LED headlights were a little dim. Replaced the LED headlight and the rear camera works perfect. You guys may check all your lights rea, headlights, etc. The problem was due to a voltage drop from a LED going bad. Hope this helps.
