This post is exactly what I need! Thanks! I am going to try this with my dealership. I have a 2022.5 Sierra Denali and have this charging problem on my Samsung S25 Ultra and iPhone 15 Pro Max. I am out of bumber to bumber warranty but have an extended warranty. I will report back with my findings...

2022.5 Sierra Denali Reserve. 55,200 miles. I bought the extended warranty when I bought the truck and is provided by Zurich. I just had this problem fixed at my dealership, though my problem was a bit more complicated. I did have this camera guideline problem with the hourglass, but also these problems: Auto high-beam would not work Adaptive cruise control would not work Lane guidance would not work Dealership determined the front windshield camera was malfunctioning. They replaced the unit and then it would not calibrate, giving a side passenger mirror camera error. They replaced the passenger mirror w/camera and was able to calibrate properly. All the problems have been resolved for now and was covered under the extended warranty.
