I know this thread is 6yrs old, but I am running into this exact same issue. Rebuilt entire front end, one side will load correctly and the other side will not. Clocked both the same way when letting suspension droop, but one key does not want to load no matter how or what I do. Did you find the issue? me being dumb and thinking the parts were good, already trashed the old ones to compare slots.
