  3. Again you have to be right. LOL
  4. Early retirement is a gift from God. God Bless The USA>>>>
  5. Ok, I'm thinking about buying a Corvette 650 HP, that should send him over the edge. Enjoy your grandson, I have 2. Congrats on retiring early.
  6. Again its very logical to use the manufacturer’s dipstick. Seems to be emotionally driven to ignore that fact, and grab at invisible rungs because engineering schools tell you to make your own reality.
  7. Retired at 61 here.
  8. My wife loves that movie.
  9. I dont care what Lake says. Goodnight.
  10. Doesnt take an engineer to read a dipstick. Otherwise the manufacturer would require dealership oil level checks. Not brain surgery either.
  11. Yup learned my lesson, only I change my oil, even when the dealer includes them in the sale.
  12. I have 3 vehicles, one of which is a 2016 jeep grand cherokee. My wife and I bought off the show room floor 124,500 miles and doesnt lose a drop. The other is a 2023 toyota 4runner 24k miles same thing no oil loss between oil changes 4k-5k. Ive owned many cars/trucks since 1981. None used oil except as mentioned before 1968 buick lasbre and my 2024 siverado 6.6. Dipstick's tend not to lie...
  13. @KARNUT not sure why they need to find a way to be right? Dipstick can also describe.....
  14. There you go I cant fix stupid.
  15. When are you installing yours?
  16. It does prevent carbon sludge build up.
  17. So are you cnvinced the catch can does good for the 6.6L?
  18. The main reason I am using the catch can is becaus the 6.6L gasser has side port injection so the valves do not get a washing from above with the gasoline mixture before it enters the combustion chamber, therefore the valves get a constant drench of burnt fuel/ oil mixture causing carbon gook build-up. For this reason alone is why I think its a great thing to do for my motor's longevity. However the vapors continue on to combustion. What does it hurt?
  19. They truly believe they know better. Hopeless
  20. 1 qt per 3k miles?
  21. Has anyone leveled thier truck by torsion bar adjustment? 2024 HD Some information on YouTube. Would like to hear from you how it went and how is the ride quality?
  22. Following. I have 31K on my 2024 HD. The most I have towed so far is about 12K I have not had any transmission issues yet.
  23. FYI, Took my Last truck to the dealer for an oil change. I didn't check the dipstick drove off the lot One mile later, the truck started jerking and shaking shut it off. Checked the dipstick Oil was overfilled one gallon.
  24. Only if you tune will it be needed and bemnificial otherwise its wasting money.
