so I guess I have to blame the salesperson , because I'm definitely not at fault "cause I'm perfect" live and learn , I will be ordering the new 2.5" Stow and Go .. TBH this one is kinda rusty I'll just accidentally break something at the dealership to feel Justified

So I learned the hard way about the lower drop tailgate issue , I didn't have a full hitch in but rather a B&W Tow and Stow , so it was just a flat edge that the tailgate hit and dented this of course was 2 days after dropping $81K on this truck and no warning from the dealership .. come to find out that this has been an issue for over 3 years. Is GM doing anything about this for their customers or are they just saying "you should have known" Its a 3500 Duramax meant for towing - how about a stupid warning label for us to read and remove like the one on the glovebox I'm a Chevy die hard loyalist , 4th Silverado , Equinox daily and both a 67 and 91 Camaros in the garage .. I hope the bowtie steps up
