If it does that roll the brightness knob left of the headlight switch. If it doesn't come back it's not likely the cause. But with all the electrical I've had,they aren't going to fix yours either, so don't get your hopes up. The warrantee is a game, if you happen to be able to make it do it in front of their eyes, they will fix it. Otherwise it's operating as designed. And customerservice will lie and mislead you, talk very rude to you, and after all that close your case with no resolution or inform you they did so.

Are you refering to the slots on the inside of the bed? My 2011 had plastic plugs in those holes. Maybe if they are the same size you could get them. I was going to look at my new truck when it comes in and see if they will work. If not I was going to look at the wing nut type plugs you can get for electrical enclosures, and paint them to match. Should be waterproof, only drawback might be the wingnut on the inside.
