I saw this nice truck on the freeway and it was a sierra ive never seen before. Im aware of the sle, slt, denali, all terrain, evolution and the new black widow. I know this is a new truck but what edition is it. Withb this red, it usually comes with the bumper chrome. On this truck, its all red. It also has dual exhaust, red brake calipers and red bumperlip with side skirts and red mud flaps. Can someone please tell me what kind of sierra is this?

I have a stock 2008 Silveardo Crew cab LT, with a 5.3l motor. Truck is currently getting a used motor installed in it due to knocking, oil pressure, and oil lose (fun right). Well once I get a new motor (used) with 50k miles on it I was planning on dropping like 3k of parts into it to make it faster. My only concern is my transmission, will it hold up? Upgrades: Cams Headers Intake Injectors exhaust Tune All on a stock tranny, is this possible or will this be a quick way to find my truck in the shop?

An old pickup was ahead of me, varying speeds from 55mph or so to about 65mph. Back and forth, back and forth. This went on for several miles. Traffic was heavy enough that I was having difficulty finding a clear zone for passing the guy. Finally, a spot opened and I pressed the accelerator. I didn't floor it. Didn't have to. As I went around the guy, I looked at the speedometer and was quickly near 100mph. I really was not planning to go that fast. There was no busy-ness of the motor, no loud vibrations. Nothing was buzzy. It was very quiet in the cab. In all of my decades of driving, I have never had a vehicle behave this way. Just had to share this...
