Ok I use Pandora with my phone and I have unlimited WiFi ,works great , But I thought how great it would be to not have my phone because , it sucks when I forget my phone Home and have to listen to the commercial radio !!, I was just going through the my apps on my chevrolet , And I found a download for i Pandora , I thought with unlimited data I would just be able to listen to Pandora without my phone Yea! Wrong! when you get to the sign in for pandora , chevy app does not give you a on screen keyboard that displays numbers , after a half hour of that I gave up ! everyone that I Know has at least a number in there password or email How is that possible? Unfortunately all my emails have a number in them so I can't change it in Pandora Am I missing something Here ? Has anybody here downloaded pandora through My Chevy Apps on the truck screen, And successfully signed into pandora , with Numbers in there password or email, with out using your phone ?

Has anyone had connectivity issues with the app lately? It was working a few days ago but now I cannot get it to connect at all to the truck. The app was updated 2 days ago and I'm not sure if the recent update is not compatible with the version of the app running in the truck anymore. Pandora will play through the bluetooth media player fine. This is strictly an issue with the app in MyLink. The phone is a Google Pixel 2 XL if that is any help. Steps I have taken so far: Removed all phones from the Bluetooth memory. Uninstalled the app on my phone. Cleared the Cache of Pandora. Tried in on position while running and off. Unclicked the advanced setting for connecting to the car in the pandora app on my phone and reclicked it. Soft reset of my phone. Attempted starting the pandora app everyway possible pretty much. Let me know if anyone has seen this before! Thank you!

I have the bose audio system in my 2018 All Terrain. I have the XM Radio trial and I have my subscription to Spotify. After about 2 month of ownership I've realized that the XM Radio has significant better quality in sound than using apps from my phone by bluetooth, or apple play. I have adjusted some settings within those apps to play the highest quality yet it doesn't translate as well as the XM Radio. Each time I switch between the two. I have to crank up the volume for spotify and crank it back down when on XM. Anyone else experience that? Any resolution?

I have had the Pandora App on the MyLink work for me twice now but I cannot ever seem to figure out how or why (or replicate it). I am using an iPhone and I was under the impression that the app did not work with iPhone but I have gotten it to work twice now. I was just going to post and see if anyone else on here has figured out how. The only thing I remember from the two times that was the same is that I had closed and reopened the Pandora App on my phone. I cannot remember if I was plugged in or BT both times, I believe I was plugged in this last time.

Just had my 2015 GMC Denali at the dealers after waiting until I got 4200 miles on it to let things settle out. I took it in for the 'clunk' at times in the 8 speed: their response: "could not duplicate customer concern", the squeaky flapper valve in the exhaust: "could not duplicate customer concern" What the service consultant said: (it works within GM limits and they don't have a solution anyway), for the dim headlights of which they had no idea there was bulletin, but GM has no bulbs. And that the Intellilink wouldn't send the pre-defined messages in response to text messages on my iPhone 6, which they said does not work with Apple phones, due to Apples limitations. So the only thing did was they reprogrammed the HMI module with the latest updates per doc 4078565 and the service tech said he was able to receive texts and send them through Siri. But NOW: Intellilink no longer recognizes any voice commands for any of my music on my iPhone… doesn't matter if its bluetooth connected or by USB cable, or on the SD card. It responds to everything with "pardon me" and after 3 attempts it says "goodbye" It only recognizes voice commands to change XM radio stations and navigation commands. Nor can I get text messages anymore through Intellilink. The system was working perfectly before I took it in, other than it would not send the predefined texts in response to a text msg. So aggravating to take your truck in, leave it for 3 days and have it come back worse than when it went in. At times when I leave my iPhone plugged into the cable, I come out and find the battery completely drained. Has happened many times. Why would my iPhone drain if left plugged into the USB? I'm waiting for GM to get bulbs to them and I'll take it in again, but at this point I don't have much confidence in getting anything done. After driving my old Z71 Sierra with just an AM/FM radio for 15 years, I guess I was expecting too much. Anyone else have this problem with the Intellilink system and possibly any solutions?

Hi there, first time posting. I just picked up my 2015 Silverado Crew Cab LTZ 4x4. It has the MyLink with Navigation, backup camera etc. I waited for the 2015 so I could get the LTE wi-fi option. I am having an issue with Panora. What my issue is: I have Pandora on my iPhone. When I push the Pandora icon on the screen, I get an error stating no connection. I can play Pandora through my phone via Bluetooth but what can be done on the screen is limited. It is not working the way it should work. I can also play having the phone plugged in via cable, but it is just showing up through the aux port not the Pandora app. The day I took delivery we set it up at the dealership and it worked perfect. I don't know what the issue is. I have gone back to the dealership and no one there seems to know what is wrong, but agree it is not right. The service advisor tried with his Android and it did the same thing. I am supposed to meet with OnStar rep next week but wanting to explore any options or if anyone has seen this issue. Thanks for help. Much appreciated.

I was not able to find another thread that went over the info I have, so I'll start it here and let the moderators move it if they want to. Since i got my truck and connected my Droid S2 i have had problems with keeping Pandora connected. It would play 1 song and either take 30 seconds or longer to go to the next song or it would come up with a network error message. If the phone was unlocked (I have a pass code on my phone) it worked with no problem. If the phone was locked and screen off it would fail after every song. Very frustrating!! I looked on here and found advice to unpair it and reconnect it and other suggestions which didn't work. Today I figured it out. I had the background data restricted on Pandora (like most of my apps) and when the phone would lock, it would shut off the data. This disconnected Pandora but the phone still worked through the Bluetooth. If anyone else is having this issue try that and hopefully this was your problem as well.

We have received reports of the OGM1's iGo Primo navigation system crashing when Pandora is in use, and we have been able to duplicate it. This is only an issue when playing Pandora using an iPhone with iOS 6.1.2 or 6.1.3. If you are a Pandora user using an iPhone and HAVE NOT upgraded to iOS 6.1.2 or 6.1.3, you may consider holding off on upgrading the OS until the issue is resolved. Advent is aware of the issue and is working on a fix with Apple and Pandora. I'll keep you all posted with more information as it becomes available.
