2005 GMC 2500 HD 6.0 Tracking down torque Specs for the bolts that hold the rocker arms in place and the bolts that hold on the cover that goes over the rocker arms.

New here from Gibsonia. I just bought a 2002 Silverado and had to change the rear leaf spring shackle. Does anyone know the torque spec for a 2002? I've read the 2008 spec is 70 ft lbs.
